AI summary of public Google reviews — not Calibre's assessment
Guests overwhelmingly praise Radisson Blu Ikeja for warm, professional staff (especially Babatunde and Busola at the front desk), delicious food with varied options, and a clean, modern, serene environment. A minority report issues with room conditions (old mattress, unlocking windows, dark rooms), inconsistent service tied to perceived tipping potential, and isolated but serious complaints about food poisoning and power outages.
