Terms of use

Last updated 29 September 2026

By using the Calibre website, API or Calibre Check, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Who provides Calibre

Calibre is a product of Braynex Services, a company registered in Nigeria. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

What Calibre reports

Calibre reports what official records and public listings show on the dates we state. Each statement names its source and the date we observed it. A statement is true of that source on that date. It may be out of date later.

What Calibre is not

You make your own decisions. Do your own checks before you pay or sign anything.

No warranty

We work to keep the data accurate, but Calibre is provided as is and as available, without any warranty. To the extent Nigerian law allows, Braynex Services is not liable for loss that comes from relying on Calibre. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Corrections

If a statement is wrong, out of date or about the wrong business, ask us to correct or remove it. See how corrections work, or email hello@calibre.ng. Our methodology explains how reports are made.

Acceptable use

When you use the site or the API, you agree not to:

We may limit or block access that breaks these rules. Search engines and AI assistants may cite Calibre, with a link back to the page they cite.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is in our privacy notice.

Changes

We may update these terms. We change the date at the top of the page when we do. If you keep using Calibre after a change, you accept the new terms.
